How we work
At our core, we are methodologists dedicated to delivering speed. Our Program Managers specialize in crafting tailored journeys, drawing from a carefully curated selection of building blocks to address the unique needs, contexts, and objectives of our clients.
Working closely with a team of 30 Consultants, Coaches, Facilitators, and Trainers, we design and execute bespoke projects and powerful journeys that ensure and accelerate our clients' transformation to X.
In addition, our portfolio boasts over 200 speakers - successful founders and leading operators in the tech industry - infusing each engagement with a touch of magic, inspiration, and unparalleled insight.

In my parallel life I'm constantly running behind two crazy but amazing kids, trying to figure out modern family life.

In my free time, I enjoy cultural outings for art exhibitions and theater, or trying new restaurants in Berlin and beyond.

Outside of work, you'll often find me at the nearest workout spot, or underwater exploring marine life.

When I’m not working I’m enjoying hiking, swimming in cold lakes and spending quiet time at home with my two beloved cats.
BIA was founded by
Darius Moeini
Darius Moeini is an Entrepreneur and Program Creator. He is a Third Culture Kid and lives with his family in Berlin Mitte. Darius is obsessed with 2 things: Making organizations fit for our time, and figuring out modern family life with 2 small kids.
As founder of BIA Berlin Innovation Agency, he has worked with scale-ups and large organizations alike, helping them to redesign the way they work, learn and create. Darius has founded multiple open innovation and startup acceleration programs, incl. Smart City Hub, Future Health Accelerator, and most recently the ClimateX Hub.
In 2024, he launched his newest venture: HelloCircle, the leadership and business academy for the tech industry.
